Passionate about exceeding expectations while engaging with guests and team members, Glen presents an experienced yet contemporary leadership style to the Pullman Sydney Penrith and WSCC. With over 21 years of experience in the industry, including 15 as a General Manager, Glen is thrilled to open Penrith’s first five-star international hotel and world class conference centre. It is not unusual to find Glen assisting in the operations of the precinct, which plays an integral role in his motivation to deliver a true five-star experience for all guests. Glen looks forward to meeting as many visitors as possible as we welcome new and familiar guests to this amazing venue.

Dedicated and passionate about the hospitality industry, Sahara has worked with five-star hotels here and abroad for 30 years. Her knowledge and background in MICE, both in sales and operations, is unparalleled. Sahara is excited to leverage her expertise to Pullman Sydney Penrith and WSCC, bringing more visitors and conferences to Western Sydney so they can experience this unique and progressive region.

Dedicated to driving visitation to Penrith and development of WSCC is Megan Hogan, who leads the Sales and Event Coordination team. Megan has a proven sales record during her 10 years at Panthers, making her an advocate for this growing region.
